How to login to 192.268.1.1?

To log in to the 192.268.1.1 administrative panel, follow these steps:

Open the web browser you are using to access the Internet.
Click http://192.268.1.1 or type 192.268 1.1 and press Enter.
A login page or pop-up window will appear.

Enter “admin” for the username and “admin” for the password. (List of default router passwords)
You will now be taken to the admin panel.
Note: Make sure you enter the correct IP address, do not use “www”, “https” at the beginning of the URL or an incorrectly typed value such as 192.268 1.1. An IP address always consists of numeric numbers, not alphabets.

How do I change the WiFi password or SSID of the router?

Change WiFi password

Check the IP address again

The default gateway address of your device may be different from 192.268.1.1. Try to find the default gateway address for your device and try to do so at that IP address.

Clear browsing data

Clear your browser’s cache and cookies and try again.

Update your browser

The simplest solution to this is to reset the router, which will revert back any custom changes you may have made to the default settings.

To start a factory reset, simply press the small RESET button on the back of your router.
