D-Link Router Setup
The D-Link Router can be configured in just a few minutes, and once you configure and configure the router, your Wi-Fi connection will be set up and you will be able to connect to the Internet through your D-Link router.
The first thing you need to do before proceeding is to make sure you are connected to your router. You can do it with an ethernet cable or via a WiFi connection.
D-Link Router Setup Step by Step
Once connected, follow these steps to set up your D-Link router:
1. Connect your D-Link router to the mains.
2. Open your default web browser and enter http://192.168.0.1 or http://192.168.1.1 in the address bar.
3. Then press the “Enter” button.
4. The login page will appear in front of you.
5. Enter your login username and password. Click Login and you will be taken to the admin panel.
6. You can now begin to configure and configure your router using the Internet Connection Setup Wizard.
7. In the Wireless Setup field, enter the new SSID (WiFi name) and enter the desired password below it (Wireless key).
8. In the WAN Setup menu, you can select the type of internet connection. You can select one of the DHCP / PPPoE / Static options.
9. Once you have made the desired settings on your router, click Save and Connect and the router will now connect to the Internet.
You can then visit Wireless Settings and set up your Wi-Fi network, including its SSID and password.
